Grounding technology:


Grounding is a method to ensure the safety and anti-interference of people and equipment. Reasonable selection of the grounding method is an important measure to suppress capacitive coupling, inductive coupling and resistance coupling, and to reduce or weaken interference.


The industrial Ethernet encoder signal is transmitted to the receiving device. In the actual industrial field, due to the long phase distance between the two and the long signal transmission line, the measured data may be bounced and cause the error to become larger. To solve such problems, the receiving end must be grounded at one point. The so-called one-point grounding means that if multiple points of grounding are used in the circuit, the potential of each grounding point may be different, which may form the interference signal of the circuit. Therefore, in the circuit, grounding should be done at the receiving end as much as possible. If one point grounding cannot be achieved , Widen the grounding wire as much as possible to make the potentials of the grounding points close, so as not to form a source of signal interference.


Isolation and filtering technology:


Isolation is a technical measure to destroy the interference path and cut off the coupling channel, so as to suppress the interference.


The overall metal parts of the industrial Ethernet encoder are insulated and isolated. When the on-site grounding is unclear, the housing, shaft and signal wire shielding layer of the encoder can be installed with local insulation and suspension during installation.


Encoder working power DC/DC isolation is mainly used in the power supply system with many other devices working at the same time, and there are serious interference conditions on site.


The photoelectric coupler for receiving incremental signals is isolated and used in the receiving unit circuit of incremental pulse signals. At present, more and more photocouplers are used in automatic detection systems to improve the system's ability to resist common mode interference.


The photoelectric coupler is a kind of electric photoelectric coupling device, its input quantity is electric current, output quantity is also electric current, but the input and output are electrically insulated. Ensure the electrical isolation of the input circuit and output circuit.  


Soft filtering technology of industrial Ethernet encoder:


Absolute encoder signal soft filtering technology, used for the anti-interference processing of absolute encoder signal, is to use the multiple-choice "voting" mode that reads multiple data in the corresponding form to remove sudden individual data. The output signal data form of some absolute value encoders has added a "sum" check code, an "exclusive OR" check code and a CRC check code, and the mutation data caused by interference in transmission is removed through the check code comparison.
